This is a tool to create rooms in Rubattle.net server, this is the easier way to host games in this server. To Use it correctly you have to create a room and write "/rehost" command in the chat and then you need to get out the room and join again. That's it you can host any map now with this process.
You have to download the files and paste in your warcraft III folder to use this tool. And you have to open the game from w3l.exe, make a new direct access. That's all.
